LOAD was founded on the belief that dance can transform the way people perceive their bodies and themselves. For us, dance education is not simply about learning a technique. It is a process of personal growth through which every individual can discover their potential.

A child discovers what they are capable of.

A teenager develops confidence in themselves.

An adult dares to begin something they once believed they could never do.

This is why we exist.

At LOAD, we approach dance as an art form, but also as a means of expression, communication and creation.

Technique matters to us.

Quality matters to us.

But none of these has any real value unless the individual feels able to grow. Because technique, without the person behind it, is nothing more than movement.

This is why we create an environment in which everyone can progress at their own pace, experiment, make mistakes, express themselves and discover their potential without fear of being judged.

Since 2012, LOAD has continued to evolve through its people.

Through every child who finds their voice.
